Sautéed Pork Lisbon Style

ingredients

  • 600g pork cubes
  • ½ chorizo sausage cut in slices
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 handful pitted olives
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup sweet red wine or porto
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 branch of thyme
  • Salt and pepper

cooking directions

  • Brown pork cubes.
  • Add the water and the wine.
  • Add the remainder of the ingredients.
  • Cover casserole and cook on low heat for 90 minutes.
  • Serve with pasta or rice.
  • Enjoy
