Fruit Smoothies

ingredients

  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Milk
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Plain yogurt
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) Sugar or honey
  • 250ml (1 cup) Frozen fruit
    (strawberries, mango,
    raspberries, etc.)

cooking directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
